Question #1 : Will you allow us to present our proposal either in person or via teleconference?

Answer #1: Of course, we can set a time and decide what works best for everyone as well as the type of delivery.

(On Connectivity (Cat 1)):
Question #2: What bandwidth are you currently provisioned for?

Answer #2: The bandwidth varies at each site as the 470 states. No site receives less than 25 Mbps. Specific bandwidth requirements at each site in 470 are not less than requested.

Question #3: Are you open to alternative providers or locked into a contract?

Answer #3: This is a new contract for July 1st, 2026-June 30th, 2029. Unable to determine what "alternate providers" means specifically but we are looking for an ISP that can provide service under E-Rate as listed in the 470. There are no prearranged providers for service.

Question #4: Any preference between fiber, fixed wireless, or other transport?

Answer #4: The 470 includes that fiber delivery and transport is preferred at all sites (which exists in all sites currently except Eagle). Delivery and transport options provided by the bidder other than fiber will also be scored as stated. Eagle Community Schools, does not currently have and might not be possible with a fiber connection due to location and cost of installation.
